FROM PARQUE DONHA INES TO 'JARDINES COLGANTES'/ESTUARIO.ORG FULL FAILING CIRCLE

I have been practicing, writing, studying, planting, maintaining and installing, collecting, seeds plants, vines, bushes, trees for the last twelve years, after my certification in Commercial Horticulture Landscaping Management from the NY Botanical Garden in 2002.

The most astounding display of arrogance and ignorance I have witnessed in terms of environmental/ecological issues was Alberto Areces Mallea, Phd and partner Gabriela Ocampo,
'agronomist', who signed many documents illegally, since she had no credentials, nor was she  a member of the local agronomists guild.

Accomplices: Municipality of Trujillo Alto, Fundacion Luis Munhoz Marin and 007 Recursos Naturales.

All that has been chronicled by yours truly without any rebuttal for the last decade, check the links below if interested in the subject of money for failure.  Parque Donha Ines according to the information of the royal peacock Areces Mallea, --during our staff meetings-- got millions from Banco Popular and Doral Bank,   known for their money laundering tendencies and fines for fraud.

Fast forward to 2013. Then, out of the blue some creatures borne and raised to fail--estuario.org--like some prehistoric mammals, decided to move from their estuary habitat to  urban asphalt/concrete sidewalks to hang PVC pipes on abandoned buildings with holes and plants believing in their alienated/sick for profit minds, that visual pollution equals 'hanging gardens' not pro-bono as your humble servant but for $150,000
USA dollars according to some obscure journalist from the island yellow press.

The point is that no one with a little vision should tolerate these scams, looking the other way, pretending all is fine.

I am afraid in Argentina, Mexico, Italy, France and Spain; places I keep in touch regarding these issues  through Facebook--Sociedad Horticultural Bouret-- the same magic takes place.
